Chocolate Mug Cake

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp whipping cream
Pinch salt
Sift all dry ingredients together in a large mug. Add milk and cream. Stir well and place in the microwave for 70 seconds (time may vary by microwave - cook until cake is set). Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
Yield: 1 serving
