Pita Crisps

1 thin, 8-inch pita
1/4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Split pita horizontally into 2 rounds. Place each round, smooth side down, on a paper towel. Brush cut sides with olive oil. Combine cheese, dried oregano and garlic powder; sprinkle evenly over rounds. Bake on a cookie sheet in a 350°F oven for 7-10 min., or until pieces are crisp and lightly browned. Cut each into 6 wedges; allow to cool.
