Bakeapple Parfait

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 tub sour cream
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
2 tsp almond flavouring
1 tsp vanilla flavouring
Mix pudding as directed on the package. Combine pudding with sour cream and cream cheese. Slowly add 1/2 cup milk (or less, just until the consistency is creamy). Stir in sugar and flavourings. Beat until fluffy. Spoon pudding mixture into a large, clear glass bowl (or use several individual tall glasses). Cover with a layer of bakeapples. Top with another layer of pudding mixture followed by another layer of berries. Repeat the layers until all the pudding and berries are used, finishing with the pudding. Sprinkle coconut on top and garnish with a cherry.
