Zucchini Lemon Bread

1 1?2 cups grated zucchini
1?4 cup butter
3?4 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1?2 tsp baking soda
1?4 tsp salt
1 1?4 tsp cinnamon
1?2 tsp allspice
1?2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1?2 cup milk
1?4 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel and grate zucchini. Place in cloth and squeeze out almost all the juice. Measure 1 1/2 cups of zucchini; set aside. Beat together butter, sugar and egg until creamy. Add lemon juice and zucchini; then add dry ingredients, milk and oil. Place mixture in bread pans. Bake for 40-45 min.
