Seafood Crepes

3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups cream
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup Swiss cheese, grated
1 tbsp minced onion flakes
1/2 tsp mustard
1 (4-oz) can chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp white wine
1 can shrimp (or 1/2 lb fresh shrimp, cooked and peeled)
1 can crab meat (or 1/2 lb fresh crab meat, cooked)
1 pkg storebought crepes
Combine butter and flour in saucepan. Heat and gradually stir in cream and beaten egg yolks. Add Parmesan and Swiss cheese, onion flakes, mustard and mushrooms. Stir until base is thickened and cheese melted. Add white wine, shrimp and crab. Stir for five minutes more to thoroughly heat; fill crepes. Heat in a 350°F oven for 25-30 min. <br />
