Raw Veggie Dip

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

1 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
3 tbsp onion, grated
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp curry powder
1 clove garlic, minced
Your choice of raw vegetables
Mix first 7 ingredients together and refrigerate. Dip will stay fresh in a well-sealed container in refrigerator for 1 week (pack beside a frozen juice box in lunch container). Serve with variety of your favourite raw veggies.
