Blueberry Pancakes

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 egg yolks (egg whites reserved)
milk
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup blueberries (for topping)
Cooking oil
Combine first four ingredients. Add vegetable oil. Add egg yolks. Add a little milk as needed to make a good batter. Add blueberries. Beat the two egg whites until stiff. Then fold into the batter. Fry in cooking oil.

I am a visually impaired senior. Your recipe ingredients are readable. But the method is unreadable to me. Is there any way you can improve?Please?
