Blueberry Coffee Cake

2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
2 tbsp sugar
Streusel Topping
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir well to blend. Cream sugar, shortening, egg and vanilla. Add milk, blend well. Add dry ingredients all at once to creamed mixture. Stir until just moistened. Spread 1/2 of batter in well-greased 9" square pan. Spoon blueberries over butter, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Spoon remaining batter over blueberries. Top with streusel topping. Bake at 375�F for 35-40 minutes. To make topping, combine flour and sugar in bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.
