Blueberry Pancakes

1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup blueberries
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir well to blend. Combine milk, egg, oil and vanilla in small bowl. Mix well. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Beat until smooth; add 3/4 cup blueberries. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter into preheated lightly greased skillet. When puffy and bubbly, turn and continue cooking other side. Serve hot with favourite topping.
