Barbecue Meatballs

3 lbs lean ground beef
1 small can evaporated milk
1 cup quick rolled oats
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup ketchup
1 cup grape jelly
1/4 cup molasses
1 tsp garlic powder
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
In a large bowl combine meat, milk, rolled oats, onion, eggs, salt, chili powder, garlic powder and pepper. Mix all ingredients by hand and form into small balls. Place in baking dish in one layer.

In saucepan combine all ingredients. Stir over medium heat until all ingredients are dissolved and smooth.Pour over meatballs and bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes. Serve with rice.
