Baked Fish Dish

Total Time: More than 1 hour

1 - 2 lbs fresh or frozen (thawed) fillets
1 onion, sliced
1 pkg fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 tomato, cut into wedges
1 stick celery, chopped
savoury (optional)
breadcrumbs
Sauce:
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1/8 tsp pepper
Mix ingredients in bowl. Arrange fish in bottom of a casserole dish. (If using, season with savoury.) Spread onion slices, mushrooms, tomato wedges and celery over fish. Pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
