Butter onion trout

Fresh trout
1 tbsp butter
1 small onion, sliced
salt and pepper
Clean the fish. Leaving the fish whole, stuff insides with butter, salt and pepper, and as much onion as will fit. Place stuffed trout on buttered foil and wrap it up. Place over a fire or on a barbecue grill for 7 to 10 minutes. Open the foil, peel the skin off the fish and enjoy.
