Spicy Cheese Ball

Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less

1 block cream cheese
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Taco seasoning or cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 box crackers (or nachos)
Let cream cheese sit at room temp-erature for 15-20 min. In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce using a spatula. Once the cream cheese is softened, mix in seasoning. (The amount of seasoning will depend on how spicy you want the cheese ball to be.) Mix in cheddar cheese. Use wax paper and plastic wrap to cover the cheese mixture and form it into a half sphere. Place on serving tray. Cover the ball with crushed crackers or almond slivers. Garnish with anything colourful (i.e. peppers, fruit, carrots etc.). Refrigerate once made and let stand 20-30 minutes at room temperature before serving. Serve with crackers or nachos.
