Mexican hot cocoa

2 cups fresh milk
2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
3-4 tbsp sugar
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Whisk together milk and cocoa powder in a large saucepan over medium heat, making sure to break up any lumps. Add sugar and cinnamon; heat through, but do not boil. Before pouring into mugs, whisk in pinch of cayenne pepper. Serves two.
